Tokyo has suburbs the size of Houston, and when I lived there for two years, I felt consciously safe to walk in any part of the metropolis at any hour of the day.

The Bahamas. Easy to get to Florida if necessary, pretty much any necessity you need you can get, everyone speaks English, there are good neighborhoods you can live in.
(You could throw in several of the richer Caribbean nations here, like St Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, etc)
Costa Rica, relatively well off for Central America, huge American and British ex-pat enclaves, very nice neighborhoods you can live in, good tax breaks, lots of English speakers.
Japan. You'd need to learn Japanese obviously but highly efficient and lawful country that isn't to the level of Singapore in terms of anti-freedom stringency.

Don't tell the Chileans they aren't white. Go to Santiago and other than Haitians that somehow found their way there, I doubt you'll find a whiter place. Same for Uruguay and Argentina.

Some of those German communities in Argentina are very white

Depends what you mean by non white. I’m sure many of y’all wouldn’t consider Uruguay or Argentina to be white but they are probably whiter than america at this point. I would LOVE to live in Uruguay. Might move there if america never changed for the better.

Italy is considered a white country.
Which is BS considering we were lynched in New Orleans and Tallulah.

I mean, you can learn it. It doesn’t take all that long to get the basic phrases you need so long as you’re not a worthless bum.
Sure, but you need to know a little more than Hello and Thank you if you’re going to live and work there. Japan is a pretty insular place. It would be a life’s work to fully integrate.

I'd live in the Wudang mountains in China.

Brazil plurality WHite but not majority. A lot of mixed race population.
47.7% White
43.1% Mixed
7.6% Black
1.1% Asian
0.4% Indigenous
Columbia definitely.
86.69% White
9.34% Black (includes several mixed populations)
3.95% Indigenous
0.006% Romani
Italy
Every european country is still predominantly white(meaning caucasian, not ethnic identification) to my knowledge.
