If you are assuming the starting location for all of us is N.A. then Taiwan, Japan, New Zealand, or Thailand. If you mean where we are now, then New Zealand or might go back to Louisiana for a while.

Perfect answer, since HI is specifically considered not part of the continental United States, ie isnt on the continent of North America.. although $10 million would not go very far there at all .

Right continent, wrong country. Uruguay. It has the highest standard of living in South America. Food is good there as well....and pretty cheap.
