Correct if you like politicos in the Kennedy mold - womanizing drunks. Otherwise, not hardly. Even the liberal white business guys who got him elected three times were happy to see him go.

Easily Mallard Lakes.

Only true OT ballers can afford to live there.

That is a sweet arse neighborhood. A few of my daughter's classmates live there and we've been to birthday parties. Huge houses on 5+ acres some with horse stables. It feels like you are out in the middle of the country.

I lve 2.2 miles from tiger stadium in Southdowns. Would like to be a bit closer. I'm just one minute from the interstate and about 15 minutes from anywhere I go in town. Would consider moving to College Town or the lakes, but that is about it.

Buy a house in Jefferson Terrace. Tear it down. Build new, bigger house on the land.

Profit.

Moved from LP to the edge of Bocage back in the late 90s. Churchill's and CC's Coffee were still in the same building, and I could walk there from my place. It was actually a pretty decent little niche in EBR for this country boy.

Of course, I got my arse back across the Amite River ASAP once law school was over, but I enjoyed plenty of Sunday morning brunches at La Madeline's, every night Crown on the rocks at Churchill's, and hangover coffee at CC's.

If I had to go back to the shithole of EBR, I'd probably either go back to Bocage or get a place near my gay friends over in the Garden District. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm very happy where I am (Lake at White Oak). Somewhat secluded, quiet, good neighborhood, fishing...

frick Baton Rouge.

But if I had to live there it’d be Mallard Lakes or Bocage.

Glad to hear Lake at White Oak is still doing well. I used to be all up in there when I was a young little shite.

That’s what l like about it. I moved in when the subdivision was first being developed in 89 and it hasn’t changed much.

Kenilworth area! Maybe not Kenilworth itself if I could send any amount of money but in that area.
