Either off Stanford near the lakes or a condo downtown.

Where would it be? How much does traffic play into your decision?
In no particular order
* A mansion on LSU Lakes(one of the Lakeshores).
* A mansion in the Garden District
* Mansion in CCL.
* The back of the Highland Crossing street where Art Favre and Cleo Fields live.
*The nicest top floor condo at the Crescent(across from BR Beach).
Those would all be fine by me.

How so? There are several new neighborhoods and businesses popping up again. Obviously the flood had a big impact on that community.

Bouregard town or Spanish town would be first choice
LSU lakes would be second
Traffic should always be taken into consideration

BR city limits?
Or EBR Parish?
There is a big difference.

You guys should break off BR and start your own city. Name it after a Saint, but the kind of Saint that oppresses blacks, like St. George.
Actually St, George was not breaking off from BR. BR is a completely separate entity.
The St. George movement was started with the notion to form a new city out of unincorporated parts of EBR Parish.
Not here to argue the point, but I wanted to correct your erroneous post.
