Pikes and burden seem to be premier lot sizes in a great central location

I'd move back to Baton Rouge or even New Orleans or Lafayette in a heartbeat.

I like Kenilworth or Oak Hills. Capital Heights, Hundred Oaks, and Southdowns would be awesome.

If I had to do a suburb, I'd go with Ascension, Zachary, or Central. No way I'd move east of the Amite River.

TBH, I'd move back to Oak Hills

I grew up in Briarcliff and then we moved to Oak hills when I was a teenager. That's a great area. Our backyard went right into the Arboretum. This was before LSU owned it. We would build forts and hang out with Mr Emory Smith

I moved away twice and ended up back here. LA gets a lot of hate on TD but I prefer the people to just about anywhere else I've been (I've been to 46 states and 9 countries). To each their own I guess.

Best mayor Baton Rouge had was a black Democrat. If not for New Orleans, he'd be Lt. Governor now instead of the highly incompetent Billy Nungesser.

On the lakes or in college town. If it’s good enough for Todd Graves it’s good enough for me.

Currently love my house in southdowns but have outgrown it. Im currently looking to stay close this area. I'm eying kenilworth and pollard. I also am considering off highland between Lee and siegon.

Work is close to all these areas. With rouzan progress, I prefer to be in kenilworth so I have several options to get home when traffic sucks arse.

You guys should break off BR and start your own city. Name it after a Saint, but the kind of Saint that oppresses blacks, like St. George.

Check out University Acres. You might have to buy a project and renovate, but it will be worth it.
