I like that people still don't think global warming is real. It helps me weed out the idiots in my life.

You attempt at humor is not needed, go back to complaining about Adam Driver's nose.
Of course the climates shifted year after year, we can pull data and records from ice cores, and we know of three great ice ages.
I'm not saying to tell everyone to cut back on Carbon emissions, and them go fly around in a Gulfstream, depositing the emissions of thousands of cars like some ex vice Presidents.
I'm just wondering simply, if the trend to a warmer Christmas keeps up next year, will more people buy into global warming.
And again, I don't fully believe in man made global warming, I did state that in my OP>

You do realize that the warming being discussed is a few degrees over a century, right? You don't notice it between different years.
Damn you're dumb.
Got to love the OT, ask a question. MOTHERfrickING state that you DO NOT BUY man made global warming and still you get idiot response like this.

I'm not sure I totally buy man-made warming, but I think the earth could be getting warmer, and temp averages do back that up.
I'm by no means a global warming denier or industrial apologist, but it's just stupid to take a toasty winter or two and be convinced.
But I'll step away from this troll thread before the 2nd page is over. Too many O&G folks on here for this not to be a troll thread.

Excuse me if I don't panic because the last 15 years out of the billions of years this planet has been around have a been only a bit warmer.

Good luck trying to convince many people that pollution causes problems.

Science has proven global warming. The only people who don't believe in it are scientist paid off by Big Oil and also the high school-level graduates who vote Republican no matter what.

It will literally take for New Orleans to drown in order for the idiots on this site to believe it, and even then I bet the morons over on the Poliboard will still insist it isn't.

The earth's climate has always changed, so yes there is climate change and always will. To think that looking at 15 year (or even 100 year) trend to say that we are headed in a direction that the earth has never seen, is man made, or won't naturally reverse from is unbelievably idiotic. Anyone who thinks this isn't all made to make certain individuals very rich, redistribute wealth, and push social agendas is very naive. Climate change has become another "religion".

If that was the case, I would brag about how much I love paying $1.65 a gallon for gas, because I do.

Not going to lie, if the temps stayed like this year round it would be paradise. I can't stand to be cold.
Give me 95* with 85% humidity any day over 40* (especially when it's rainy and cold).
You're part of the problem

Sorry that you don't know the difference between climate and weather, mate

You do know today is only the 2nd day of winter, right?

I'm not sure anyone with a rational brain denies climate change at this point.
It's just man is the cause of it that's a legitimate argument.
