Some people need to learn that you can’t count on the generosity of others for your livelihood.
Is it really generosity if I'm forced by the government to give my money to them?

Bring it on. I have lots of ammo.

Excellent. Let them loot.
Now, what can a President do under a national emergency? Hmm? From Grok:
The National Emergencies Act (NEA) of 1976 gives the president authority to access over 130 statutory powers without congressional approval.
Key powers a president can use
Deploying military forces:
This can include using the military to suppress civil disorder, enforce a federal court order, or repel an invasion. The Insurrection Act allows the president to use military force domestically under certain circumstances.
Economic and financial control:
The president can freeze assets, restrict commerce, and regulate imports/exports, especially under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
Bypassing regulations and spending limitations:
A national emergency can allow the federal government to spend additional funds and temporarily lower legal barriers to certain actions, such as fast-tracking projects that would normally require lengthy reviews.
Controlling communications:
The president can take steps to shut down electronic communications within the United States.
Taking control of industrial production:
This power can be used to direct industrial output during an emergency.
I ace no doubt whatsoever that Trump will use every power ge has as President to try and reshape this country. A good old-fashioned national emergency bus just the ticket to getting shite done!

I know this might not be what you want to hear, but the GOP is seeing polling blaming the Dems for the most part. I think they're going to ride this out. Elections have consequences and the GOP has congress and the presidency. Sometimes you have to take your lumps, strategize and come up with another plan.

I hope there are riots. It’s time Blonald Blumpf is reminded who is the backbone of this country.
The fact that you or anyone would ever think welfare recipients are the backbone of this country is proof we give too many entitlements to undeserving people in this country. Land of the free — handouts.
We are an embarrassment to the rest of the world with the way we cater to people unwilling to work to earn something and who much prefer to take from others.

I have read on Facebook where a certain demographic said they would just start walking out of Walmart with buggy’s full.
