It's highly improbable that you can shrink our brains down to 10,000th of its size and maintain all the cognitive abilities we have. Molecules, DNA, neurons, chemicals, etc are of a fixed size. some awesome thinking for kind of a BS thread, other post too

Ants is probably the correct answer. Especially something like a bullet ant. We would all be fricked.

A lot depends on where you start. If you say right now every animal and insect are going to be the size of an average human, then ants would crowd out the land. Just in my 5 acres there are probably 200,000 ants.

Chickens

They're the closest related living animals to the T-Rex and if you watch the way a chicken operates they're fricking terrifying and brutal.

They won't hesitate to cannibalize their own, or peck anything to death that comes near them and is their size or smaller. If they were the same size as a human, they'd be chomping at the bit to eat us.

I think we would conquer the insects, use them for food and turn them into beasts of burden.

Mosquitoes. Giant mosquitoes flying around sucking our blood would be pretty damn scary.

Square cube law indicates the strength to weight ratios of creatures would not scale FWIW

This. If ants grew naturally larger over a long evolutionary length of time, there would be less of them. Larger animals take longer to procreate. If ants ate some magical beans that made them grow over night, then there would be far too many of them.

Yes humans are smarter, but there are 1,000,000,000,000,000 ants on the planet.
And they would extinct if they were actually a threat to humans.
