re: 3-point mulcher for tractor

My neck hurts just looking at that thing! Lol

Never seen one on tractor, likely reason above is they would be very hard on your rig
Get a belt driven one. Anything direct drive will be loud as hell. I have a 42” from Lowe’s and on low is barely noticeable, high is still way quieter than my 36” direct drive

I freeze them on a cookie sheet prior to vacuum sealing, allows them to hold shape and they don’t get as soggy.

Air fry or brown in skillet as others said to crisp.
Freddie smith in French settlement did one for me Years ago and came out great

Check Mike Gerald’s in north BR
Don’t know anyone that rents. Check out the atv spreaders. My tractor spreader has sat idle last few years as we find it’s faster to use the electric one behind a side by side

re: Opinion on why my pond is so muddy?

I had exact same issue with mine.

Treated with gypsum and helped a little but came back. Ended up treating with aluminum sulfate.

Check out the pond boss forum. It’s the TD for ponds. Wealth of knowledge and I learned a lot.
Post on outboard board. I remember a poster that was in fiberglass business posting there. Glass something is his handle.

Took it completely apart down to cracking open the motor case as even with it disassembled wasn’t getting any power. Starting testing voltage and it was the damn slip yoke on the cord wasn’t making contact. Woulda been 30 second fix if I woulda checked it first.

Little WD-40 on the prong and it popped out and she’s good as new. L

Had it completely disassembled and back together in an hour. Here’s what the inside of motor box looks like if anyone has problems in future.

You were right, really not much to them. Glad I quit being lazy and fiddled with it.

I paid 12k to do my 40x60 two years ago with open cell. You won’t regret it, the biggest difference for me was the sound deadening. Made it bearable to be in there during a rain and made things much quieter when running my machines.
I wasnt the poster but I need two for my kids getting into cub scouts. If poster u trying to reach out to doesn’t come along hit me up.

Gas will always be more powerful but I’ve recently switch my yard tools to Dewalt electric and couldn’t be happier.

Don’t have to hear that wife can’t start blower or weed eater anymore.

Still have a stihl blower for big tasks but Dewalt does just fine for most
This, had same issue and it was cable corrosion. Changed all cables out and was as good as new.

This but prepare for a workout!
Mix a cup of straight roundup and remedy together 50/50. Use a latex glove and dip your fingers in the mixture then paint on the sprouts. Will smoke those little spawns of satan after 2-3 applications. Glove method will prevent from killing too much grass.

I made Mistake of digging up a couple with excavator and after fighting trying to pull or dig up landed on receptor above and smoked em.
Could just rent an excavator dig big hole and bury everything.

Just make sure to dig hole where u don’t plan on building anything on top. Burn it before backfilling as well!

I have fimco as well and love it. Intake for pump is on the center rear and the bottom is a grid channel so I’ve never had problems with sucking air unless the tanks empty.
Hutch’s had them out today and u can see them stacked up behind the building as well. Will be ur best bet if that’s Brand ur sold on. They are good people over there as well, have got all my stihl equipment from them. I almost pulled trigger on one last year but ended up going with a Kubota instead

Crossbow or remedy. When the label has a rate to control 12” diameter trees u know it’s good. Lol.

Old timers use remedy per label and diesel in lieu of water for scorched earth control. used to be a rather inexpensive way but now thanks to Brandon would cost u a fortune.
Go to electrical supply house and buy direct burial Alumnium wire. based on the load calc previously posted. Will be significantly cheaper than copper and you can buy it by the foot. make sure to measure and get enough to go up into each panel.

This guy knows what’s up.
Have the 20v Dewalt and it impressed the shite outta me. Bought to carry in my side by side to trim and cut small limbs at the camp but have cut 12” + trucks with it for shits and giggles and it didn’t miss a lick. Friend has The 16” and it’s even more impressive. Still go to my stihl for big jobs but for average work battery ones will be just fine
