Why move them, let them be destroyed and get a new boat from insurance.
Boats are like cars. If you wreck a 2002 Kia insurance pays you $2500 less your $1000 deductible to buy an old used shittier 2002 Kia. They don't buy you a new one.

Most folks I know have their boats insured at agreed upon value. I did the same with mine when prices skyrocketed during Covid

Those 3 gave me so much anxiety. One finally got flung so hard near the concrete pier, looked like he ran onto the shore.

He got flung into the pillar and then got washed about 30 feet down the beach. He got out quick and the other two got out at that point too.
Then two other(?) dudes showed up about 5 minutes later. They got out too

Charlotte County Sheriff's Office will no longer respond to emergency calls. Cape Coral emergency services are also no longer responding.

Buckle down. Now you’re on your own until the wind and water slows down. Godspeed.

Surge continues to rapidly push into #Naples #FLwx as #Ian moves north of the city and the tide comes in.
Expecting about 9-12 feet of surge here with the possibility for up to 15-18 feet (10% chance of exceedance).
