make sure you have lots of cash. bunch of stores up there buy the credit on EBT cards. usually around 50% of whats on card. they will charge $100 on the card and the store will give cardholder $50

Even if you were to do this, you wouldn't be able to hire anyone.

Today on the OT's long-running obsession with black people - Why black people don't deserve grocery stores.

Other hood types many of whom will steal from you too. Not to mention the shootings and robberies in the parking lot.

just watched a story on channel 2 about the city councilwoman of that area taking for ever to find a store that simply had bread.

Liberals call this a “food desert”. A part of town where finding nutritious food is supposedly impossible. Which the government for some reason must do something about.

See, that’s where you are wrong.

I don’t have any problem with “black people”.

I know some damn fine ones.

Unless you think all black people are the same.

But these hood rat scum are so uncivilized . If you saw the way they live and destroy everything...I mean how can anyone respect what they have no respect for themselves?

Black people, decent ones, are trying to get out of the ghettos.

Because the ones that act like animals unfortunately are breeding, thanks to the tax dollars of working folks.

We’re subsidizing our own demise.

Could I get a 0% interest rate from the movement to bring businesses back to NBR, or is there not a single bank that would invest in something like that?

Speaking of libs...famous sjw count gave us another shout. We are obsessed with her she claims. And she stalks her husband on a "get laid" website that she is also on.

And she is too stupid to realize why there are none. When you get tired of being robbed and stolen from and the business is no longer profitable the business closes down and moves to a more profitable location. Simple concept not so simply grasped by certain people

Make sure you keep a big jar of kool aid pickles by the cash register, scratch off cards, and serve shitty fried food. Sell beer by the 40oz out of a cooler up front and stock plenty of newports. Put bars over the window, keep gun under the counter.

Accept EBT

Car wash is a money maker too.

So are used car lots with high interest rates as long as you have a good repo guy. You'll sell most cars 3-4 times and get a couple grand down each time

True story. I had a friend who worked for a bank that wrote the loans you get when even the loansharks won't touch you and that's pretty much what he said. If someone paid the second or third note, they'd make enough money on the deal after repoing the car and selling it at auction to make it worth writing the loan.

Ok guys let’s all OT members be shareholders.
We start a we are the grocery store owners fund raiser.
We have a song like in the 80’s, “we are the word we are the children” except we sing “we are the owners, we are the OT’s who risk our lives to make a sham of this.”

No body in their right mind would risk what it would take to start a grocery store in NBR unless it was a liquor store.

Get city parish funds.

Stay long enough to ask for even more money.

We could even be a state agency like COA and ask for a tax and give ourselves raises.

Once the money dries up we shut down.

As far as making money as a grocery store it will not happen. Theft alone in a low margin high turn business would bankrupt a legit business person.

Yes, we would cook some $3.50 fried chicken meal deal.

Stopped to get gas in a rough part of town where I live that was next to a grocery store. Out front was a parked police cruiser and most of the time they are empty just as an overnight deterrent. Well I noticed a uniformed officer just standing in front of the doors, arms crossed.

Not sure if the store had hired him due to theft or drug activity in the parking lot, but just had to shake my head in disgust at how bad some of the area has gotten. This was about 9pm and it made me be a little more aware of my surroundings and move with a purpose to get the frick out of there.
