I just watched a story on channel 2 about the city councilwoman of that area taking for ever to find a store that simply had bread.

Could I get a 0% interest rate from the movement to bring businesses back to NBR, or is there not a single bank that would invest in something like that?

Funny thing about the story on WBRZ, she could not find a grocery store but did show at least two hair extensions/beauty shops in the same area.

Hate to ask, but are you black? If you're not, Gravy will probably not want you stepping foot in his turf.

You better have a huge allowance for inventory shrinkage.

You’d have to price things higher than grocers in other areas because of theft costs

Prices at groceries in inner cities are higher but profit margins same for that reason

Just open a convenience store that sells bread alongside 40’s, zig zags, phillies, and black n milds.

You’d only need to be open on the 1st and 15th

OK, maybe not 0%, but a super small interest rate, or do you think a bank would not touch a business in that area.

I am guessing the tax cuts would be amazing.

A bank doesn't care, they just want their money back, plus interest. The city and/or parish is where the subsidies would come from.

How about I just come in your house, steal your cash, and tear your shite up?

Same effect but it will be cheaper.
