Just open a convenience store that sells bread alongside 40’s, zig zags, phillies, and black n milds.
Yeah, why would you open a grocery store. People in the hood don’t shop st grocery stores. They shop for groceries at Dollar General and gas stations.

Hey man. This food desert is serious and needs addressing. Mere bread? I say let them eat cake.

Seriously. I just got a reminder in why I don't go to the store on the 1st or 15th.
You and everyone else that works for a Living.
Carts and carts of ribeyes and meat and seafood and junk food and cokes and snacks and sugary stuff.
Then wads of cash for the smokes and the liquor.
Then they push their little rainbows of multicolored bastards out to new cars.
It’s sickening

If the cops don't shoot a black guy soon, his business is going to be up shite creek

Why do hood types destroy their own neighborhoods?
Because it’s all given to them.
When you have no skin in the game you don’t care. When you don’t have to work for something you don’t respect it or respect what anyone else has that worked for it.
The “great society” and the Democrat plantation has absolutely destroyed the black family and thus the black community.
I’ve been taken into the hood frequently with a new job and it’s incredible what I see.
I knew it was bad. But it’s even worse than I thought.
And that’s during the daylight.

A relative of mine owns a maintenance company that has a contract with a bunch of section 8 properties in NBR. He says they have to leave before the school buses let the kids off or anything of value that can be stolen will be gone.

I have two good friends who work in the hood in NBR on contract with Section 8 landlords. One is an electrician and one is a lawn maintenance guy. Both of them say that if they don't have every damn thing locked down, it will be stolen.
My lawn buddy once finished mowing and left his trailer unlocked and parked the mower behind it, because he had lost his sunglasses or something and didn't realize it til the end. He said he had gone back into the center of the complex for no more than three minutes, only to find his sunglasses were stolen, his weedeater and gas was stolen out of the trailer, and they tried to steal the riding mower but couldn't operate it.

Could I get a 0% interest rate from the movement to bring businesses back to NBR, or is there not a single bank that would invest in something like that?
Plenty of people want a blowjob from Christy Turlington. Good luck, Peter Pan.

If the city promised me to pay for everything they steal, I'd open a store in a heartbeat. I'd probably make more money from the city than the customers.
If they don't guarantee that, you'll never see me open a damn thing in NBR. They will steal everything you have, not to mention the fights and other bullshite that will happen on your property.

When I worked at Radio Shack in college, a black chick even bigger than this one shoplifted a VCR by stuffing it into her panties.
Only one sales guy was on the floor, and her accomplice distracted him by pulling him aside, and asking him some questions about batteries. I was in the storeroom when it happened.
We saw the VCR was missing later, rewound the security tape, and saw the deed. She was wearing some kind of mumu, lifted it up and stuffed that VCR down the hatch. She was very smooth- took like 2 seconds.
