I have rent houses that people copy the ad and lower the rent.
They will NOT meet you at the house, but YOU better hurry as this savings will not last long. Basically they want you to mail them money. Feel sorry for tenants who get bamboozled. And they do.

I sold my truck to a meth head, actually his parents bought it for him, 2 weeks later he sold the stereo, wheels/tires, blew the rear end and sold it broken.

I sold a bicycle a while back and I had a hitch mount carrier for it. The woman asked me how much for it and I told her just to take it. I paid like 25 dollars for it used. It was on marketplace for 100 dollars the next day.

Facebook Marketplace is sketchy as hell now. It’s a shame, too, because for awhile it was a pretty valuable resource for finding things that you needed relatively cheap.
