The only case I can chime in on is about a bloke who was paralyzed from the neck down and he could not achieve erection but he told me that he liked to lick his wife's cooter with gusto.

Get to know her, and down the road you can ask questions about having children. In the meantime, you can easily see that her mouth works.

I imagine it depends on the person.

Some people who are paralyzed for life can get hard if physically stimulated to make it happen. But cannot from thoughts, someone rubbing on them elsewhere, dirty talk, etc.
