So I'm currently separated from my wife (not sending pics either) a divorce has been filed. But Ive been staying at her place lately and last night we ended up having sex. Does this complicate things?

It depends. My divorce didn't require going to court, and nobody asked when we last had sex (it was prior to separation). If she wants to fight the divorce, it's possible she could argue the sex/sleepovers were reconciliation & restart the waiting period, but from what I've been told, it's not a hard rule.

It depends on why you're getting divorced. IF your wife didn't want the divorce then you just complicated things and if you proceed with the divorce things are going to be a lot more batshit than normal.....congrats.
