It's weird seeing this thread because I've been noticing a dude that hangs out near one of my kid's schools every morning and every afternoon. He shows up in his car with no kids and leaves with no kids. This guy is even more strange because he gets out in the street when kids walk across and stops cars with a hand held stop sign.

So, was he there this morning? Do you know if he's there when the bus drops the kids off after school? That would concern me because that's when he can offer a ride or follow them to see where the live IF he's up to no good.

Don't be a pussy, next time you see him out there walk over and say "saw that you moved into the neighborhood, just wanted to pass by and introduce myself". Point to the kids and ask which of them are his. Reassess and act accordingly from there based on how shitty his answer is.
