But if I'm on a jury and the cart was in the road, I'm not sending this woman up for years even if the cart was legally allowed, which they usually are on roadways with speed limits up to 35 mph.
I get what you're saying about golf carts in the road but the problem is she was doing 65 mph when she hit them, twice the speed limit

IMHO, there are two things that are currently ruining the lives of young "entitled white women".
1. Popular social media ideas about what constitutes a quality life.
2. Therapeutic Culture immersion and over-reliance.
Women have a NATURAL propensity to be self-absorbed. It's how God made them. Women live in their heads. If they get too far into their self-obsession, where the people around them are reduced to bystanders, they destroy their lives. They don't even seem to notice the inherent hubris of living inside one's own head, and how it undermines them. Or the inherent narcissism of destroying lives and immediately pivoting to "my best life" pop psychology bullshite.
We have all seen the woman who has learned all the feel-good catchphrases and who has been in therapy since senior year but seems to be just spinning inside of these self-destructive turmoil circles. Or the ones that are just flat-out sociopaths in bikinis. The culture is encouraging women to behave badly while simultaneously telling them they are the center of the universe, It's exactly the wrong message.

So somebody correct me if I'm wrong here. But there's three pages of this thread and some people are really okay with someone driving 3 times the speed limit, drunk and hitting the golf cart? Am I reading this correctly? Because if so, you people thinking that this behavior is okay needs your asses whipped. Who fricking cares if a golf cart was in the road. I see them all the time around where I live. Does that mean I should just plow their asses? No. Jesus Christ people. I am hoping I am reading this incorrectly.

You’d think this girl would’ve learned. But they’re incapable of seeing the world outside of their sphere. Normally I would feel sorry for an idiot kid doing something stupid to ruin their life….but it’s hard in this case.
