there's always a case. likely not a case they should be going after. They need to come to grips with life and move on.
May not have a case yet. When he turns 18 the mother can go after him through the state for child support. Not really sure why a 13 year old girl should take 100% responsibility for this.
This isn’t a 28 year old and a 30 year old. This is a. 13 and 15 year old. Much bigger difference in maturity at that age.

That was sex advice 101 from pop at like 11.
I had 2 comments regarding sex education growing up. From my mother "dear god don't get anyone pregnant."
from my father: "keep your god damned pecker in your pants son."
That was it.

The boy will be responsible for child support eventually, but that's all they will get unless they can prove one of the adults knew what was going on and allowed it.
No lawyer is going to take this case on contingency, they would have to pay hourly.

Her parents are against abortion, I do know that. I'm not sure if they're considering adoption.

i get child support.
suing the friend's parents is just a petty bitch move. tell your wife to slap them and stop blaming other people for their raising of a dishonest promiscuous daughter with bad decision making skills.

Once he starts earning, he is most likely liable. His parents, however, are not.

Your parents suing your friend's parents for some BS like this is a good way to ensure that every other parent tells their kid you're banned from their house.
Guess its a good thing she'll be too busy raising a baby all through high school to have time to hangout at a friend's house on weekends.

prenatal paternity test was done on the girl and the 15 year old dude is definitely the father of the child. Now the girl's parents is wanting to sue the boy's parents for future child expenses and her friend's parents for negligence.
They should sue themselves for being shitty parents and raising a slut.
But the thought of suing the friends parents is just about the most shirt sited, idiotic idea I've ever heard.
America has a serious responsibility problem. And your wife's coworker is a terrible person and even worse parent.

I want an update in a week or two to see if this develops, and what shitbag lawyer is desperate enough to take it on.

Crazy question: can she receive an abortion without knowing it’s an abortion? Can the girl be clueless think it is just a “doctor visit”?

Personally, I think it was a planned rendezvous, the sleepover was just a front. I even suspect her friend may have been in on it as well or at least she knew about the plan. I have no proof, its more or less a hunch, because I did things like this when I was young dumb and full of cum. Also, her mom claims she never knew anything about the boy, I'm not so sure about that either.

HIGHLY Illegal.

I suppose I don't, either. I would be very, very surprised if it wasn't the case, though.
