Yesterday afternoon when I got home from work, my wife told me that one of her co-workers 13 year old daughter is pregnant from a 15 year old boy that she'd been texting and talking to for a while. Back in November of last year, the girl spent the night over at a friends house in Slidell. Well some time during the night when everyone was sleeping, she slipped out of the house and met up with the 15 year old long enough to do their business and slipped back into the house before anyone noticed.

According to what I've been told, the girl couldn't date anyone or go out on dates until she turns 14 which will be later this year. Personally, I think it was a planned rendezvous, the sleepover was just a front. I even suspect her friend may have been in on it as well or at least she knew about the plan. I have no proof, its more or less a hunch, because I did things like this when I was young dumb and full of cum. Also, her mom claims she never knew anything about the boy, I'm not so sure about that either.

A prenatal paternity test was done on the girl and the 15 year old dude is definitely the father of the child. Now the girl's parents is wanting to sue the boy's parents for future child expenses and her friend's parents for negligence. So ok OT lawyers, do they have a case?

there's always a case. likely not a case they should be going after. They need to come to grips with life and move on.

So let me get this straight. This couple raised their daughter in such a way that she would get pregnant by the age of 13...and they want to blame everyone but themselves and their daughter?

If I was a lawyer, my response would be...

These people need to get out of the lawyer's office and into some church pews. Lord Jesus.

I'm 23 and have realized how much I like being free and able to spend money on myself and travel at a moments notice. I definitely want kids in the future but jesus christ. I could not imagine being 13/15 and having a child. WTF. They didn't waste any time once puberty started. When that girls about my age her child will be the age she was when she was pregnant. I'm really just at a loss.

The real scratcher is that no one ever told the young man that you don't bust guts rawdog style. That was sex advice 101 from pop at like 11.

I'm not normally a supporter of abortion, but that may be something to consider in this case. And then lock the girl up until she turns 18.

Definitely adoption. Abortion is already pretty mentally/emotionally scarring for a grown woman, I can't imagine the kind of impact it would have on such a young girl.
