If I slept through the night I would get at least that much, but I'm always up 2-3 times a night.

I've been getting 8-9 hours every night for the last 5 months or so since I started taking GABA every night before bed. I used to wake up and stay awake for hours in the middle of the night, but now I'm sleeping great.

Sounds more like you get 8 or 9 inches.

I need at least 8. More than 9 and I usually go into another sleep cycle.

Now does this count time spent waking up to go to the bathroom?

In bed by 8pm, awake at 4am without the use of an alarm clock most days.

Consistency is the key as you age.

Life can be boring at times, but man it sure is peaceful.

I remember working part time at McDonald's... Good times, embrace it.
