I’m sleeping for 8:30, wake up at 5:50.
I’ll take it.

I fall asleep within minutes. But wake up in the night and can’t go back to sleep. It’s not that anything is on my mind, I just wake up. Last night I slept from 11-2, was up from 2-5 and slept from 5-7. That’s fairly typical for me. A great night sleep for me is 6 hours uninterrupted.

I do as well. I work from home. I wake up and check all my emails and then hit snooze and wake up every 10 minutes for the next 2 hours to make sure no one has messaged me about anything.

7-8 for me. My schedule allows for me to stay up relatively late because I have early afternoon-evening hours. But I have a hard time staying asleep if I wake up and the sun is already up.

Prostate issues?

No. Old prostate is just fine. But I drink a bunch of beer and then water before I go to bed. Most of the time I'm able to wake up and make it to the bathroom before peeing.

Plus I have 2 dogs in the bed that move around a lot and wake me up.

Cool. I get about 6.5 on a good night... 3-4 on a bad night. It is what it is.
