Yeah carbs are terrible. Wasn't until 50 years ago when humans started eating them and blew up in size.

frick. I'm always craving sweets. In fact, I just put a blackberry cobbler in the oven.

Sugar is addictive. If you get off of it, I stay under 50 grams a day I average 20 grams a day last week, you crave food a lot less.

Sodas are probably a huge reason for obesity in the USA. I started breaking it down and I was drink a TON of sugar. Most people I know are easily drinking a 2 liter a day. 20oz in the morning, lunch and dinner and you just killed a 2 liter.

I cut soda out nearly 100%.

I brew 2 quarts of tea and drink that when I'm not drinking water during the week.

What I usually get when craving something sweet is a peanut butter and honey sandwich with a large glass of milk. I'll never give up that.

da frick???

Who are you hanging out with?

I don't know anyone that drinks soda except a few girls that will drink a zero every so often

Gesus no wonder why this thread is so popular with you fools. Normal people don't have to do extreme shite like this to stay normal.

If you go to a restaurant watch the amount of refills people get. I assume a 20 oz glass with ice you are getting about 12 oz of soda. Now a bunch of fast food places I see people get 32oz cups, and get a refill when they leave.

Go to a grocery store, there is a reason why so much shelf space is taken up by soft drinks

I'm probably the healthiest person in my social circle. I ride a bicycle daily and watch what I eat. I'm 6' 190lb right now. And I don't think I'm that healthy:)

Burn more calories than you take in. Weight loss goals will be achieved. Pretty simple.

Two things that just came out of the oven mere minutes apart. The key, obviously, is to maintain balance.

A diet based on steak, brisket, turkey, chicken, bacon, and bourbon sounds horrible.

I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks by eating eggs and cheese for breakfast, cut back to 2\3s a normal lunch, and the same for evening meal. Worked for me. 226 to 213 and will level off at about 210.

Carbs aren't poison, but most people are sedentary, at best, and take in too many carbs per day.

The old food pyramid with the base as breads/grains, is totally flawed.

There's a reason there is an epidemic of diabetes and obesity in general.

You all stick to eating crap that is just as addictive as cocaine.

I'll be eating meat and being awesome. Because yes, you can eat a diet of steak and other meats only and rock.

Sounds like the op is a little bitch, grow up. The absolute reason you feel like shite is because you are literally addicted to shite food and are having withdrawals.
