It wouldn’t matter if the daily traffic count was 24 vehicles, the geometry and theory of those I-12 interchanges at I-55 and I-10 were functionally obsolete when they were designed and built.

The LDH was terrible in 1960s, unless you were on the inside.

Then it was wonderful. (Other than having to use the roads)
