Yes, however the small settlements that are in that area on the coast are basically just enclaves surrounded by marsh. They will probably be wiped out

the storm surge possibilities for places like cedar key are genuinely terrifying. "thankfully" landfall should occur during low tide, but at a time where the tide is on its way back in, so it's still not good news.
edit: landfall will most likely be somewhere in here
