Both Euro and GFS ensembles continue to drop support on this. The GFS is pretty much alone on an island here.

Titty milk has already been consumed and is in short supply. Euro and GFS ensembles stick the bird at the GFS. GFS wants to destroy Galveston, Houston or Louisiana. I saw a shark swimming in the road on the drive to work.

UStropics on storm2k has a great write up on why the GFS is garbage. The area that it keeps generating this system is notorious for phantom systems. It's going to be a few more days till it leaves that area. Bottom line is that the GFS looks like a steaming pile right now, but as the hurricane bingo cards play out, we'll know in a few more days.
