No TD hurricane bingo card is complete without the blue shed, titty milk, sharks on I-10, Punta Cana, Florida canceling a game, rapid intensification, drunk HMON (maybe that's not the right model), etc.

Generally it can mean that the early season is more active than normal but peak season is much less active.

I think I've seen a lot of people revising their estimates lately.

This early season activity is weird but it isnt bc El Nino.
