I didn’t evacuate for Katrina, or Laura, or Ida, or Michael, or Rita, or Ian, and none of those storms hit me. So I’m not about to start evacuating now.

My premiums are going to skyrocket again It really makes less and less sense living down here

What good is a low percentage rate if you're paying the difference in insurance premiums

Looking out when it could end up in the Gulf, I think it would face some intense shear with the placement and strength of the subtropical jet.
