The image in the OP is the 48 hour, 0%

The 7 day is 50%

quote:

1. Western Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico:
A broad area of low pressure located over the western Caribbean Sea
is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental
conditions appear to be conducive for gradual development, and a
tropical depression could form around the middle part of this week
while the disturbance moves slowly west-northwestward. This system
is then expected to move northwestward into the Gulf of Mexico
during the latter portion of this week. Interests in the
northwestern Caribbean Sea and along the U.S. Gulf Coast should
monitor the progress of this system.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...50 percent.

And I’m sure they would figure this out but label them unless they’re all the same .. that way you can put them up quickly and not figure what goes where.

Yeah I have my labeling system down and holes marked to drill.

Thanks Yall!

Model support keeps declining, pointing to still a tropical moisture mess, which Florida doesn’t need but still better than a wind event.

Speaking of Kirk, I think I've only known one Kirk in my lifetime. His name was Kirk Jenkins. I used to call him Jerk Kenkins. He was a fricking prick. I remember I used to say, "What's up, Jerk? I mean Kirk?" and it would piss him off immensely. frick that dude.

Anyway, back to the topic.

But your cold front has now disappeared and the next one doesn't show up until mid-October......maybe, possibly.

These people are going to hang you for being a false prophet.

We almost always get the first 'cold' front about the 3rd week of OCT in S. Louisiana. We get enough to push the tropical stuff east, but don't get the low 50's until that time. It helped us out already and looks like it will do it again. If so, I'll wait until the 3rd Saturday in OCT to make that bad arse gumbo.
