CNN has Mitch Landrieu being interviewed about Katrina.
For what? What movies the Lt. Gov. Office planned after Katrina.
He wasn't mayor or anything in New Orleans. Wtf

Some Cajun Navy baw is lost in New Bern on Reed Timmer's live stream right now.

this may not be an actual live stream.
frying pans been through hurricane force winds the last 12 hours and they’re showing highlights on the stream. I’m guessing the cam fell into the ocean

He said a cat 1 can be every bit as dangerous as a cat 5. I quit listening then.
Mitch is an ignoramus, but he's not wrong here. Hurricanes are more than just wind. We all know that rain and surge kill more people than wind in these systems.
However, given the choice between the two, I'll take my chances with a Category 1 vs a Category 5 without knowing any other details.

I'm sure he blamed hurricanes on the white man at some point.

ey ditched Cajun Navy baw. He had no idea where he was going.
He's not lost. He is reconnoitering. He will be back in a few minutes with 8 refugees and 5 lbs. of catfish filets.

In the livestream, Timmer is transporting a couple people from their flooded home to the shelter.
According to the residents, one of whom is a New Bern native, they have never seen the river flood like it had.

Wonder how the 200 stranded up in Ocracoke are doing.

And unfortunately, the flooding is just starting...

I also want to see them report on the Cajun navy some.
Don't worry, if there is reporting to be had, the Cajun Navy will find it.
