Realistically it's been that weak since last night. Recon hasn't hit Cat 4 winds since before last night. Windfield is pretty stout though. It's no Ike, but hurricane force will probably be pushing 100 miles from the center near landfall.

What’s keeping it weaker? Yesterday they projected it to get up to 155mph. Conditions seem favorable as can be.
