OT 8 lives next door to me. Any special lines to use in this situation? Obviously if I strikeout it might make things weird in the future since we see each other almost everyday.

Get a dog. Take it outside frequently to walk and play with it. It's a good way to lurk and hang out outside in a good position for conversation without looking creepy, weird or pathetic.
