I vote bite their face and forearm to the neck.

If you can sing the "let it go" song, do it. It's both irritating and informative.

Pull my gun out of my pocket and shoot them in the stomach.

Try to hit them in the ribs or jab them in the eye. Other than that, you're basically fricked.

I oddly enough have experience in this surprise choke from behind scenario. Standing out back alone on phone at Ivar's with my back to the exit to street. Scared the absolute shite out of me thinking I was being attacked/mugged.
Was purely instinct as I Grabbed his forearm with both hands quickly realizing I could not break the hold nor breathe so I flipped him over my back violently as possible. He flew over and cracked his skull on the pavement. Turned out to be a drunk acquaintance being a jackass.

TLDR a violent deliberate bending forward works in a real life scenario.
