I’m almost certain they’re filled with saline now and no longer use silicone like they used to. They hold up much better and aren’t toxic like some of the original versions were.

The question is how young is too young. I don’t think there’s an upper limit because at a certain point who cares? No woman under 30 should get implants.

I think if a woman has sagging boobs due to circumstances beyond her control and implants will make her look and feel better, why not? I don't understand when a woman has perfectly normal boobs and wants to get the gigantic phony looking implants.
