Was watching a buddy of mine get a bj on the toilet from this hooker we hired for a bachelor party. Dude said, "the OT would love this story"...the rest is history.

2006 or something like that, maybe earlier. I got off a while and then came back with Tuthilltiger whenever it says. Some other LSU grads from Biloxi got me on the first time, too old to remember why.

I was 31 when I started posting.
I had been following the site for years though and really only read tRant. Got bored on a deployment and ventured over to the OT. Didn’t think anything interesting ever happened on the other forums before. I was wrong. Someone had bumped the Katrina experiences thread(I was deployed in August of the year I started posting). Found that thread and the “things that keep you up at night” or whatever it’s called(the thread with the ghost stories) and decided this place is pretty interesting.
Used to post on an Air Force related forum, but that place was dying off about the time I found the OT.
Pretty much use this place for all my current events and general entertainment now.

Friend who got me posting is in prison facing 20+yrs for non-violent crimes. He was my sports buddy, we attended every local game for Saints and LSU.
Was there for the back to the dome game, 03 UGA, 07 NC, all the classics.

Started on the rant when I was 36, I’m 50 now. A tailgate buddy told me about it. He doesn’t post, just lurks on the rant. I didn’t really discover the OT until many years later. I’m on here more than the rant now.

I think I was googling something about UK football and ran across a post on the rant and started reading the various forums. I didn't create an account though for almost 2 years.
