35 - 6:00 - 7:30 on a normal office day depending on what is going on at home. If daughter wakes up before I leave she wants me to make breakfast etc. Key is to wake up and get out before she does.

37 - Between 8am and 8:15, generally stay a bit later.
The Boomers get in around 6:45, have coffee, read Fox News and Drudge, take a 30min shite. They report to me and don’t get any credit for doing that stuff at work vs home. I’d rather them come in at 8 and shite at home.
They also bail by 4:30.
As long as the work gets done, I don’t care about my teams’ hours.
