Not to be morbid, but you only think you will have time. I hope you find a way to squeeze some of that out of every day.
Wow, I sound high AF

Coffee on the back porch most mornings and cocktails on the front porch most evenings. The sacred coffee hour and the sacred cocktail hour.

A girl I am dating has a bunch of chickens and some evenings we have drinks and just watch the chickens run around.

That does sound relaxing as hell.
During the fall I find that there’s nothing better than to start a fire in my fire pit outside, pour a bourbon and just was the flames dance around.

I spend an hour every day drinking coffee and smoking weed on the front porch. Staring out at one of my fields and the woods. Watching the hawks swoop around, the birds chirp and no sounds or signs of humanity.
Real big plus for living in the middle of nowhere and no neighbors.

The Bible does too. It does work well if you get it right.

Only when I swim out past the breakers.

Every night I like to sit on the back porch with a glass of bourbon and watch the sun go down. Damn mosquitoes are obnoxious but its an evening ritual. Weekend mornings are peak relaxation for me watching the sun come up with coffee. Just pure bliss and quiet until the wife gets up.

I've watched better Worlds go by in the Quad.

To sit and watch the world go by without looking at anything is meditation.

My first cup of the day is watching the sun come up with my dog

Every day I try my best to.

You can do it as you're doing anything.

Yes. I’m retired and have no responsibilities other than taking care of myself.
I have a couple of different spots I purposely sit in front of my big window in silence and gaze out at beautiful and peaceful scenery and just relax.

Reminds me growing up in Lake Charles and riding our bikes after dinner up and down the streets and all the adults and olds would be in lawn chairs or swings in their yards waving to us.

Just spent an hour watching the leaves twitch and enjoying the 50 degree weather. Summer sucks.

I'm too busy trying to win at everything I do to do this. Not saying it's wrong, I'd maybe be happier if I did. Just too busy in attempt to hoard life's accomplishments.
