$625 SF Bay Area life. Hopefully we’ll move in a few years to Seattle and pay half. $300/ sq ft.

Currently building in lake Charles for $185 if you include lot, $145 without.

Sold my house in Westlake with pool that I built in 2010 in March for $125.


Crazy how much prices have increased over last 10 years.

Around $130 sq ft with Truland in Baldwin Co, AL almost two years ago.

I’m not sure how much but it’s higher now.

Man these prices are insane. But I understand city prices. $90 sq ft here. Fully restore 110 year old acadian home on 4 acres loaded with Oak Trees. Basically looks like a small plantation.
