My last house in Georgia went for under $100 sq/ft. They tend to run around $200 sq/ft here in Eastern Washington. Ridiculous.

150 give or take.

New builds are 200 plus.

I did have a twilight zone moment this week though.

I had a hand written letter from a woman wanting to buy my house this past week. I have a pond behind me that is nice sized (it is a ditch pond, but still quite pretty). The far side of the pond is a wall of woods that will never change. I am a mile from city hall, but it feels like it is in the country. In short, she was taking a stroll and walked along a path that leads to the pond. From there she saw my back yard (a landscaped courtyard with a brick / wrought iron fence). I called her and told her I wasn’t interested in selling. I guess I just thought it was a weird experience. I know...Facebook.

This is pretty neat. I’m looking to sell my house along with 4 acres. 3400+ sq/ft. I’m in a rural area. Appraised for $340k five years ago.

147/sqft if you include finished basement

212/sqft if you do not

I have seen things listed both ways but I am going to go with its the 147/sqft number cause all the houses around here have a fully finished basement

~4700 without basement. ~6700 with.

Stole a house for $153sqft in best neighborhood in Prairieville. Remodeled it all myself and now it’s worth $183sq ft. I’m selling in 6 months and cashing in. Then starting my own TV show on HG tv and quitting my job.

Sounds like yours is well kept and in a good location. Selling, if you ever want to, shouldn't be a problem at all.
