There's one a mile or so from my daughter's house in Fort Worth.
All they sell is a burger/fry/soda plate lunch $15.
Only open from 11-2 and 5-8pm.
Stays busy. Prolly about $5 owner cost per plate.
People are willing to pay it.

Let's make a comparison of 25 yrs to 5 yrs and run with the numbers.
