re: MLB Draft: LSU Baseball Recruits (Final Update) - Whataburger
Yeah, the Hess thing is perplexing. The idea of him starting turned out to be the wrong one but Pawl had no choice. Besides, I'm sure he wanted to be a starter. Hopefully the trio of He, Watson and Dups have made a pact to return, like the boys from the 2016 draft. Next year should be fun....

re: CPM’s Thoughts on Pitching Rotation for the Regional - Whataburger
Literally the worst fanbase
Is it asking too much from our coaches to earn their salaries? CPM admitted that he got lazy after 2009. Is that acceptable to you? If we had an AD with a spine, the results in all sports would improve. Not to mention his contractual f-up's. :yac...
You really like to whine about stupid shite.
Yes, I do. Never have been a fan of Pawl but at least he showed some emotion (positive & negative) on Thursday. Missed hit & runs, missed bunts and then the Peterson thing. What can I say, not a fan of coaches that ...

re: CPM’s Thoughts on Pitching Rotation for the Regional - Whataburger
Not surprising, pitching him on 4 days rest in a non elimination game was pretty stupid IMO
Thought the same but you know what happens when we question Pawl in here. It seems like injuries like these happen all too often to young (freshmen) pitchers towards the end of their firs...
Hillard last pitched on Weds, so full rest would be this weds, yet we wont even pitch him on Saturday? Something seems not right here fellas
Of course. Not wanting to injure another pitcher but there may not even be a game 3 for him to pitch in. ...
No, I don't think UConn bid to host there
Dayum :wah: Would choose Corvallis but those fans, geesh. They were still complaining about the umpiring in Omaha during the LSU/UF Series. Couldn't let it go. I asked one of them WTF are you still doing here? ...

re: Deep dive into baseball postseason (what is best for LSU) - Whataburger
Not to derail but while we're pondering possibilities....there was a thread a week or so ago about the possibility of being sent to the Northeast and playing in a regional in Fenway. Anyone know if that's even a possibility? Sitting here fantasizing at work. :geauxtigers:...

re: Does PM have a short hook for Hess tonight? - Whataburger
Pawl's strategy has always been the same if a SP gets in trouble early in the first game of a series. Wave the white flag and concentrate on the last 2 games....

re: Random statistics for LSU baseball to-date - Whataburger
High likelihood of no more games at the Box this season, earliest closure date since 2007. That's false for two reasons. In 2010, LSU went on the road to UCLA for a Regional, and I'm pretty sure the whole LSU baseball facility shut down in mid-May 2011. Didn't even make it to Hoover, if I rec...

A couple of more telling storylines..... 3 road wins on the season. High likelihood of no more games at the Box this season, earliest closure date since 2007. I'm thinking & hoping this season is an anomaly and we come roaring back in the next couple of years. :wah:...

Not reading through 5 pages but how do you boycott change/progress? There are no mom and pop places to shop where I live. I lived in a small town and only had one place to shop, now I live in a major city and I have many shopping choices and not sure I could go back to that life unless it's t...
