I haven’t benched in. While as I don’t have gym membership but I do a decent bit of pushups. The last time I benched I did 215 8 times as my last set.

I could probably do 6-10 reps right now

2, maybe 3 times

Just started working out about 6 months ago at the ripe age of 42. Really wish I had started lifting earlier in life, but oh well

Max was 23 times. I only repped 225 out once when I was like 21-22. Much stronger now. Usually hit 315 8-10 times when I do chest, but there is no point for me to rep out

Never really lifted seriously before, but judging by my build and general attitude, I would put it at about 30-35.

In HS it seemed I was able to do it 4-5 times. I remember doing 200lbs 6 reps for 3 sets. I know I was able to do 225 at least 4 times. Now, maybe, maybe on a great day, once.

I don’t go to the gym, but my wife weighs a lot more than that and I throw her around the bed with ease a few times a week.
No pics.

Hate to slightly hijack but

considering everyone benches a little different

1. arm length
2. not touching chest or fully extended on every rep
3. rep speed
4. grip placement
5. different equipment...some people dont know they are using a 25, 35, or 45lb bar or they think a smith machine is the same thing
6. some people cant count or give themselves credit for incomplete reps

it makes it difficult to really establish a level field without some type of basic control

You should keep your homo foreplay out of the gym.

at one point i got 10. I probably could do one or two today.

In HS went to a team camp at CU-Boulder. This dude, who I"m still friends with was an ox. Put up 34 times as a junior and got all the coaches attention. He went to a D-II school and never made it a year, just didn't care.

It still amazes me in draft time when they show this stat for top-tier college players
