Thanks, we just bought a couple of weeks ago actually. Any bigger and we'd have to buy more shite just to fill empty space. It's 3 br 1.5 bath, which is more than enough.

2100 living. And with one kid we use about 1300 of that. Seriously debating down sizing.

About 900 square feet. Definitely ready to up-size, but the size hasn't been too bad for just my wife and I these past few years.

850 sqft 2 bed 1 bath in a very good location. Also have 600 sqft of covered porch/deck, and 400 sqft garage/workshop.

It's just enough space for my wife and 6 month daughter. But we'll be tearing down and rebuilding around 2200-2400 living area in the next year or two.
