Looking to move into Hebron or Frisco soon though.

I suggest Frisco or Proser.

Problem with Frisco is it has become Plano, way too congested.

If I had my choice of any Collin County city, it be McKinney.

Can't move too far out because I have to commute to Las Colinas for work until we finally decide to switch to the Plano Office.

2508 sq. ft. living and I'm currently adding 725 sq. ft. foundation to extend my patio to house an outdoor kitchen and entertainment space.

Understandable, Frisco would be my recommendation.

Right around 2700. Sometimes it seems like it is too much, but we use the extra rooms for a home gym, and a music room. Any bigger would definitely get wasted.

1750sf, I designed it. My kids have all moved out, so we sold the old house and built this one last year.

That's livable btw. I don't count garage, storage or covered porches in sf.

1,700 living and I could do with much less. I do need an ample amount of shop space though.

Just got my 2017 Texas Property Tax bill.

In the $10,000 range :(
Whew, that's rough.

I have I think about 2500 sq ft in lovely McKinney, so yea, that's not fun either.

Nice one,

Not sure if you actually know what Las Colinas is but its expensive as shite.

But to answer your question I work in the labs off of 114/PGBT. The one next to Goldman Sachs and Oracle.
