I have to have a physical office with posted business hours, so I can be an eligible vendor under the film statute. One person is there each day on a rotating basis. Others have the option to work from the office, but I don't think anyone does. I have not been to my office in four months.

Four days a week for me, despite the fact that I actually need to be in the for 1-2 days a week. Just don't understand forcing people to be in the office when it's unnecessary other than making high-level admins happy.

Not sure how they would get IT workers back. Remote work has expanded the talent pool. All of my co-workers lived in Houston pre-2020. Now they live all over the country. I think I would move or change jobs if they required locals to come into the office.

Yeah that cat is out of the bag in IT although it existed pre Covid. We've hired 3 remote employees in the past year.

We have both indoor and outdoor cultivation so I'm usually helping both. Get to be outside a lot so it's really nice.

Only time I'm on my arse is helping trim but that's rare.

We started the beginning of April three days a week mandatory. Pretty sure very few are following this though.

I don’t like working from home so I didn’t do it.

What's PTO? Is that something hourly employees get?

Nah. I have vacation days and that's it. Anything else I just tell my boss I'm not coming in that day.

Do you have to put in for sick days and dumb shite like that? That has to suck.

We have PTO too but unless I'm bed ridden I never take any for being sick. I'll just work from home while I'm sick. I've probably taken 4 sick days in 10 years at my current job.

PTO is basically license to use an out of office response. But work still has to be done so don't get too comfortable, drunk, or lazy.

I try to go in 3 days a week. Mostly 2 though. They haven’t said we have to be in the office. Yet.

Yeah most I.t. folks always knew they could do their job 100% remotely but it toke covid to prove it. I think the days of working in I.t. stuck in cube are pretty much done.

My company just sold one of it's offices. I was the one that went there.
