According to the infallible chart, you were overweight

Are you being hard headed or are you retarded? Averages ajsb statistics always have outliers and points that don't fit into the data set. People that focus on powerlifting aren't going to fit into this chart. People that powerlifting are also a tiny subset of the overall dataset.

Again, maybe it's a bad pic, but you look pretty scrawny in that pic.

Chart says I’m close to obese with my 31” waist at 5-10 195.

That chart was created by Betas.

Based on this chart I’m overweight. But it doesn’t account for lifting weights or people with actual muscle mass.. which is why charts like this are dumb.

I’m 5,9 180 and wear a 31 W

It basically IS a measure of BMI.

Unless you mean body fat. That’s different from BMI.

6' and 215 lbs. frick I'm obese.

This chart doesn't take into account muscle mass which I obviously look like a bodybuilder.

The amount of people making this point reminds me again how stupid most of the people on this board are.

I didn't bring up athletes first, but they do demonstrate that the chart hasn't enough variables, even for the people who workout 3-4 times per week. The best shape of my life was during my 20s when I was in the gym regularly during undergrad and grad school. At 6' the lowest I got was 192 and I had good definition including around the abs. Not an athlete but in excellent shape and still qualified as overweight.

Probably 5% or less of the overall data set. Look, you don't understand statistics and that's OK, but stop digging you are making yourself look dumber and dumber with every comment.

I'm not being difficult but I did notice some in here want to rigidly adhere to the chart to label everyone fatties. And, power lifters would be only one of the exceptions.

A better question is why are you so hostile about this topic?

You realize the guy you're asking this of is the same miserable twat that pisses and moans about what his coworkers drink.

Fat shaming is all he has to make him happy.
