Absolutely yes.
They have to be for their job. How many OTers are NFL linemen?

And, power lifters would be only one of the exceptions.
Power lifters tend not to be exceptions at all. Power lifters tend to be muscular obese people. Legit body builders tend to be the exception.

They are absolutely obese. They have to be for their job though.
Look at some of them when they retire though. shite, Joe Thomas lost like 100 lbs since January.

I'm 6'1 and 215. If I got down under 200 I would look like a Ethiopian

Keep telling yourself that and then die in your 50s from heart problems.

I"m 6'1 and 210. My goal is 199, but even if I get there, doubt I could sustain it.

6’-0” @ 178, not on the chart. I guess I exist in the void?
ETA: wrote that while on the can. I bet I’m 176 now

Because you and most of the other people in this thread are retarded
More importantly, you seem miserable. Your first post was lashing out calling someone a "fat arse." You'd benefit from therapy if that is how you carry yourself in your daily life. Your insecurities may be negatively impacting your mental well-being.

Again, for about the 5th time, you are talking about such a small subset of the population that it doesnt skew the overall population. Yes, those people do not fit, but there are so few of those people that it is not important. This really isn't complicated, it's like 10th grade math.

I'm not miserable but fatness and stupidity are an epidemic in this country. Most people on this board fit both of those categories. They remain ignorant purposely to make themselves feel better about themselves. If pointing that out makes me miserable, I don't care

You lost a few pounds.
On your chart.
The "normal" column needs to go down (shorter) an inch.
The "obese" column needs to go up ( taller) an inch.
The overweight column is correctly placed.
Dude, that isn't helping.

I actually had a physical last month and all my shite looked great. I'm in the best shape of my life and doing a triathlon tomorrow. To be under 200 I would have to carry a lot less muscle.
