I think I would rather be obese than 5’7”, Minnie. I can always lose weight (and should), but you will always have to reach up to put your mail in the mailbox.

Post a pic. I'd love to see what your 6' 200 looks like, because it sounds like ~20ish extra lbs. I'm slightly less than 6' and float around 180. I would like to lose about 5-10 more lbs

200 puts me in a 34" waist and that's about as skinny as I get.

Last time I was under that I worked construction in the heat all day every day and my only fluctuation was water weight. 10 lbs up and down every day.

A lot of fat guys in this thread honest to god think they are just packed with muscle. Look, i get it, youve always been 5'10 190 since high school. But you are 100% fat now.

9/10 people could stand to lose at least 15 lbs.

What a horrible take...

You can't help it if you're short... You CHOOSE to be fat.

I'd say more like 25 if we're being honest, especially in this region.

I would all but guarantee that you are.

NFL RB Mark Ingram is 5'10" 215... Just as a reference.

Eh, that falls into the obese class I range.

Scruffy gives people leeway when they are in the overweight range.

Obese as a word does not mean you are a fatty fatty 2x4 who can’t get through the kitchen door.

That is known as morbidly obese.

You fall into simply obese.

Yes, you are.

240 lbs is a lot for your height.

I’d just like to point out that I consulted an Insurance company life insurance build chart and a lot of those low weights are flirting very closely with being uninsurable. And ALL of the low obesity ones are in the PREFERRED category. for instance, 5”11 230 is PREFERRED rate. Above 298 would be uninsurable. Crazy, huh ?
