Bench: Elite (415)
Deadlift: Advanced (500)
Squat: Elite (475)
Shoulder Press: Advanced (225)
Bent Over Rows: Advanced (275 for reps, never did max)

I could be stronger if not on a slow cut. I am usually only running off of lunch when I lift.

I'm 191 lbs

Used to be elite in the big 3, now I'm advanced in bench, elite in squat, and intermediate in deadlift (mental more than physical after a herniated disc a couple of years back).

You won't catch me trying a lot on deadlifts or squats. Though I know I could squat a lot. I don't really do bench press anymore.

Shoulder press is 225 with me being 210. That's about all I can contribute to this.

I'll kick a lot of people's arse at rowing.

Your lifts are awesome and definitely elite.

I wanted 600 so bad on deads but sadly I don't think I will ever hit it. I try not to carry a ton of pounds over 200 after March every year since I do alot of jits tournaments and anything over 200 puts me in an unlimited weight class bracket so I try to stay around 210 or less for weight cut. However, last year I said frick it and got up to about 240. I was crushing the deads and got danger close to 600 but sadly, could not get it....
