She can also do TGUs for sets of 3/3 with a 40lb KB. THAT is strength. 99% of the people in this thread can't do that

Use it as a warm up/ cool down/ rite of passage and bragging

Incorporates everything there is to the body "functioning properly". In other words, if u can do it perfectly, you move pretty well
