I use the squat rack to do barbell bicep curls that is pretty fricking elite if you ask me

Now, at my age and weight, I'm barely intermediate.
At my best, about 22 yrs, I was 4 lbs off elite according to that chart.

yeah, that would be the only feasible way for me honestly. i can't fathom adding 50-55 lbs to my max bench.

My max BP was 335 when I weighed 180, but I could feel my shoulder wanting to let go so that was about the upper limit for me physically. I mostly do bodyweight stuff now. You can get plenty strong doing it and it's a lot kinder on the joints.

I'm an Elite tier III super heavy weight lifter.
I can do 30 reps with two of my buddies on each side of the bar.
They're about 300 pounds of pure muscle, so you do the math
I'm currently 6'3 350 lbs and 0% body fat.

I'm in that Elite level, baw
175 and BP 365
Probably should mention that I'm only 5'8 though. Short arms, baw
ETA: Squat is Elite. Deadlift is in the Adv category. Wiener size is Novice though... needs work.

Well, weight lifters don't bench press chief. They only do two movements and neither of those involve benching.

I'm doomed to the intermediate category - just is what it is.
However, I think squat is a better test of true strength. I'm intermediate there, too, but it is what it is.

hey, any of those lifts can be up for discussion. i'm probably most worthy of my bench press, probably not near as strong in some other lifts.
